This waterfront family compound located on the north end of the island offers Coconut Ranch, built in 2008 and consists of a main Villa facing the bay, as well as two separate cottages that house the bedrooms. 

The villa has spectacular views and direct access to the harbor waterfront with a private dock and a wonderful sandy bottom swimming area. The main villa offers sweeping views of the bay and the chance to enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the expansive porch and pool. In the villa, you will enjoy an open-plan dining area and living room, which features a beautiful stone fireplace at the south end. The French doors along both sides, as well as a cathedral ceiling, allows the tropical bay breezes to flow through this comfortable living space. The spacious wrap-around porch on the villa is nicely appointed, allowing for a full range of outdoor living, from reading to sunbathing to dining al fresco. The villa also offers a powder room and a fully-equipped laundry room.

A separate chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for all high-end culinary needs, making it easy to accommodate private chefs or large family gatherings. Designed with both efficiency and flow in mind, it supports everything from quick breakfasts to multi-course dinners.

Adjacent to the villa are two separate Cottage houses.

Cottage one has four spacious bedrooms: two king bedrooms, one with two queen beds, and one bedroom with two twin beds. Each bedroom has separate entrances off the front porch. The rooms on each end have a lockable connecting door to the adjacent room.

Cottage two has two separate king bedrooms, each with its own entrance from the porch, and each room has its own private en-suite bathroom with a tub, shower, and outdoor shower to maximize your privacy and comfort during your tropical getaway.
